As our CFO, Mr. Stein heads the internal accounting department at RCG; tracking equity contributions and returns, optimizing and filing tax returns, developing budgets and all other aspects of financial reporting. In addition to acting as our senior financial person, Mr. Stein acts as a conduit between RCG and its lenders. 

 

Prior to joining RCG, Mr. Stein embarked on his accounting career as an accountant in BKD where he was instrumental in cost allocation and financial monitoring. Mr. Stein was also an accountant with Pricewaterhousecoopers CPA, a national public accounting firm where he was responsible for financial reporting, financial statement audits, business administration and investor relations. Mr. Stein also has gained experience specifically in the real estate field as a department manager for a NY based real estate firm, where he concentrated on financial reporting, as well as implementing internal control systems, for owners of multifamily portfolios. Mr. Stein graduated Touro College magna cum laude in 2017 and is a licensed CPA, member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
