In his role heading up our acquisitions team, Mr. Wagner is responsible for leading a thorough underwriting and due diligence process, examining every deal for viability and profitability. His responsibilities continue throughout the asset holding period, as he is tasked with periodically reviewing proforma underwriting data and comparing them to actual performance metrics.
 

Mr. Wagner also serves as a point of contact between RCG’s team and the brokers we work with, ensuring that all necessary information is received, accessible to the correct parties, and transmitted in a timely manner. His keen analytical skills and attention to detail are a vital asset to our management process.
